Powersapps Drives Operations Efficieny During Digital Transformation

Powder River Developement's project management system was showing it's age and causing operational fragmentation. It had been clear that a change was needed but the direction was less concrete.

PowerApps and the entire Power platform allowed PRDS to streamline operations and rapidly develop a new inhouse Project Management system built specifically to their needs.

Workign closing with the Drafting and Project Management teams, I was able to take feedback and immediately transfer it into something tangable. The ability to say in a matter of minutes, "Hey, what about this..." lead to great inter department participation which lead to repetative developement cycles.

I was really impressed with the ease of developement and the continuity of the offerings.
